   We were busy with tastings Saturday!   The first was the delicious Kilo Kai Rum.  The second was the latest and greatest Bailey's Irish Creme...with a hint of Coffee!
   If you like coffee, please try this delightful liqueur!  A subtle, smooth, touch of coffee has been added to the traditional Bailey's Irish Creme.  I prefer is on the rocks on cold winter's night!!!

 This was the hit of the trade show this year and one of my new favorites.  If you like the Captain...you will have to try this hand crafted gem.  This spiced rum comes in a cool looking dark bottle with a bit a pirate feel to it. The rum is spiced with delicious, rich and intense flavors.  You MUST try this one.  If you were at the store on Saturday night and were lucky enough to do so, you will know what I mean.  We sold out of all the Kilo Kai we had on hand.

It certainly bears a strong resemblance to the PX wines of the Jerez region of Spain. The bouquet carries treacle and toffee notes, with hints of Christmas cake, and the sweetness of the palate is balanced by lifted acidity. Highly Recommended
