The Blaufrankisch grape produces a sweet red wine.  Low in tannins, exhibits a pronounced spicy character.  Compliments meals with sweet tomato sauces, roasted meats and grilled vegetables.  Don't be afraid of the name...this is a sweet wine with great flavor.

If you have the opportunity to get a bottle (or more) of this wine consider yourself in for a great time. Though sweet, this delicious wine may be perfect for that first time wine tasting experience, or date with that special someone!
